What happens when you request deletion?

We verify your identity by confirming you own the email address associated with your account.

Data Removal

All personal data including profile, account history, and location data are permanently deleted from our systems.

Legal Compliance

We retain only data required by law (e.g., transaction logs for 7 years for accounting purposes).

You'll receive an email confirming the deletion has been completed.

Important Notes

  • This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • You will lose access to your PawSOS account and all associated data.
  • Reports or responses you made may remain visible to other users to preserve rescue history, but will be anonymized.
  • Some data may be retained for legal or compliance purposes as allowed by law.
